Membership

Group membership or individual user membership of DEC(SY) helps the Centre to plan ahead to meet users' needs and entitles you to the following benefits:

• Loan of resources, including videos.
• Access to DEC(SY) research and reference facilities.
• Regular newsletters and information about DEC projects and courses.

In addition to this, group members are entitled to:

• Loan of artefact collections.
• Free introductory session at the Centre (20 people maximum).
• Customised resource listings relating to your teaching topic.
• Ordering service from several major publishers.
• Opportunity to hold a staff meeting at DEC.
• Priority bookings and discounts on professional development sessions with staff and on pupil activity sessions run by 'Southern' artists and educators working with the DEC.
• Hold staff meetings with a DEC input at one of the training rooms at Scotia Works.
