Using P4C to Explore Extremism & Terrorism
This one day course will explore the aims, principles, methods and benefits of philosophical enquiry and how it can stimulate critical thinking about issues relating to extremism and terrorism.
It will feature concept development activities and stimulus material from a new teaching and learning resource: “Building Critical Thinking and Building Understanding about Extremism and Terrorism”. Teachers attending the course will be given full access to this new resource which includes lesson plans and all the materials needed to deliver the lessons in the classroom.
