Explore how the government recommendation (and OFSTED guidance) to ‘Promote British Values’ supports work on developing pupils' understanding of their role in a globally interdependent world.
What are the implications for SMSC within the school and how can pupils learn how to understand, accept, respect and celebrate diversity, as shown by their tolerance and attitudes towards those of different religious, ethnic and socio-economic groups in the local, national and global communities?
This course includes a Philosophy for Children enquiry and techniques.
